Pat Marsh

Position/Role: Chair

Pat rowed in the novice first VIII at Magdalene in 1997. She is also an avid collector of first edition rowing books.

Ron Needs

Position/Role: Joint Chief Coach

Coaching history: Ron has coached in National Squad almost continually from 1973, winning 4 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze medals, and is currently joint coach of Women's Sweep-oar Squad. He has coached CUWBC crews since 1989.

Roger Silk

Position/Role: Joint Chief Coach

Coaching history: Roger was boatman at Lady Margaret for 40 years as well as achieving a great deal with town clubs, culminating in his invitation to be chief coach in 1984. He also has frequent involvement on the international scene.

Pete Convey

Coaching history: Pete has coached for CUWBC since ca. 1985, initially in the IV's and early trialling stages. He has coached all the VIIIs regularly over this period.

Jane joined CUW since there was no New Hall boat club, and went on to row in the Blue Boat in 1971/72/73.

Jess rowed at bow in the Blue Boat 2004 and was Vice-President in 2004/5.

Kat Astley

Position/Role: Water Safety Officer

A product of the CUWBC system, Kat noviced at Queens' College and proceeded to w in three Boat Races, stroking first Blondie to victory in 1996, then the Blue Bo at in 1997 and finally as President in 1998.
